Krista Rios, Esq.
Krista is a bilingual English/Spanish attorney in Miami, Florida. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami and went on to graduate from the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, Krista spent a semester studying at the American University, Washington College of Law in Washington, DC while working at the United States House of Representatives under Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen of the 27th District of Florida.
Krista is barred in the State of Florida and the U.S. Supreme Court for the Southern District of Florida. After spending a couple of years spearheading the Immigration Department at a prominent Coral Gables law firm, Krista pursued her dream of opening her own boutique firm, focusing now on Sports and Business Immigration. Krista specializes in visas for individuals with an extraordinary ability/achievement and internationally recognized athletes, investment visas, and employment visas. Moreover, Krista can assist with the application process for U.S. naturalization, permanent residency (consular processing or adjustment of status within the United States), family-sponsored petitions, applications for cuban adjustment, waivers of inadmissability and asylums. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Hispanic National Bar Association, and Cuban American Bar Association, as well as the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
